We process the personal data provided to us by the Customers in a manner consistent with the scope of the permission granted by the Customers and the requirements of the law, in particular in accordance with Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council ( U E ) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 in on the protection of natural persons in relation to the processing of personal data, hereinafter referred to as RODO, which regulates the processing of your personal data. 

Pursuant to Article 13 of RODO, we inform you that:
The administrator of your personal data is the owner of the Cat-Mission brand, Mika-Tech Katarzyna Słota , based in Lodz, 21 Inż. Pilota Wigury Street, NIP: 7272739674, REGON: 528483662.

The processing of personal data is carried out for the purpose of executing the concluded contracts, in particular, for the purpose necessary for the execution of sales contracts and tax settlements.

The processing of personal data is carried out on the basis of Article 6(1)(b) and (c) of the RODO, i.e. it is necessary for the performance of the aforementioned contractual and statutory obligations incumbent on the controller.

Provision of your personal data is voluntary, but it is a necessary condition for the conclusion and continuation of the contract and a statutory requirement, i.e. you are obliged to provide them, among other things, under tax regulations ( e.g. data included in invoices) and in the remaining scope their provision is a necessary condition for the conclusion and continuation of the contract. Refusal to provide this information would result in inability to conclude a contract and continue cooperation.

Mika-Tech Katarzyna Słota will process your personal data for the duration of the contract, as well as for the periods regulated by the Accounting Act, i.e. for 5 years after the end of the year in which the termination of cooperation occurred unless the need for longer processing arises due to other events or applicable regulations. Please be informed that your data may be accessed by order processors, such as courier and transportation companies.

We would like to inform you that under the terms of art.15-21 RODO you have the right to access your data, the right to obtain a copy of them, the right to correct them, the right to demand their deletion, limitation of their processing, the right to object and also the right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

We store customers’ personal data on servers that ensure their full security. Only authorized employees of the Store have access to the database.

Each customer who has provided us with his/her personal data has full access to his/her data in order to verify, modify or request deletion.

The store does not transfer, sell or lend the collected personal data of customers to third parties, except with the express consent or at the request of the customer or at the request of state authorities authorized by law in connection with ongoing proceedings.

Our Store also uses so-called cookies (cookies). These files are saved on the Customer’s computer by our server and provide statistical data about the Customer’s activity in order to select our offer to suit his/her individual needs and tastes. The Customer may disable the option to accept cookies in his/her web browser at any time, although he/she must be aware that in some cases disconnecting these files may hinder the use of our Store’s offer. The cookie files stored on the Customer’s computer store information about:

• User sessions,
• recently viewed products,
• casting a vote in a poll, etc.
